Creating a software maintenance & support agreement

To create a software maintenance & support agreement:

  1. Go to the Contract Management > Software Maintenance & Support Agree­ments view.

  2. In the Tasks pane, click Create Software Maintenance and Support Agreement. The New Software Maintenance & Support Agreement form opens.

  3. Complete all of the fields on the General and Financial tabs.

  4. Click OK to save the agreement.

You may now apply software to the agreement.
